Refund and Returns Policy
At Kyra Paper PVT LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund or return within 10 days of receiving your order.
Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us at (contact@KyraPaper.com) to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email.
Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 50 Rs, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
